Training Recap – 12 weeks complete!

Well – this was my finalized schedule from all the training. (I know it’s a little hard to read on here… but this was the best I could do in uploading an excel spreadsheet…)

In the end, the schedule is not the exact schedule that I started with, but this is what ended up working with my schedule around work, weddings etc…

Orange was running, Green was Biking and Blue was swimming. The brighter blue indicates an open water swim. Overall, I completed 61 workouts over the course of 12 weeks. In total I spent 1,242 minutes training. I feel ready. Bring on Sunday!
