Yes, that’s right, yours truly is helping to host a Ragnar Relay Fun Run at Fleet Feet next Thursday in Syracuse! We’ll be meeting up at the Dewitt Store and heading out for a run at 5:30 on Thursday, June 12th.

There will be 3, 4 and 5 mile routes – oh and a bit of talk about how awesome the Ragnar Relay Adirondacks is!  So if you want to learn more about Ragnar Relay, maybe pick up some Ragnar Swag, or just get a good run in with some awesome people, I hope you come on out!
