My weekend recap post will be coming, but I thought it more important to express my sadness, disgust, and horror over the bombing at the Boston Marathon.  When I first heard the news, I was shocked and appalled and I grow more so as the news of this tragedy continues to unfold.  I have so many thoughts about what happened, but I can’t seem to sort them out to express them in a way that would do justice to those that have been impacted by this event at this point.  My heart goes out to the hundreds of people injured, and those who have lost their lives.

Prayers to those in Boston, to the families and to the friends of those affected.

Today I’m lacing up and dedicating my run for Boston.
