My little Saturday morning routine…

So my friends CBW and RB have this habit of hitting the gym at 8:30 on Saturdays for a RIPPED class followed by bootcamp. Then we typically head over to Panera where CBW’s husband works to have breakfast sandwiches and coffee!

Today however, I’m feeling extra pumped about this little saturday morning routine because I finished the RIPPED class, I decided to hit the treadmill for 6 miles in light of my attempts for 70.3 training. I’m happy to report that I busted through the 6 miles pain free and in 52 minutes! So needless to say, I’m feeling pretty pumped!!

Oh and I’m happy to also report that I have officially been accepted as an athlete by Coach Karen Allen-Turner for the upcoming season! I’m really excited to start working with her and actually having some structure and method to the madness of my triathlon training.
