“If you run, you are a runner. It doesn’t matter how fast or how far. It doesn’t matter if today is your first day or if you’ve been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run.” – John Bingham
If you run, you are a runner. I think this is a good thing for everyone to keep in mind… whether you are able to run sub-7 minute miles or it takes you 12 minutes or more to finish a mile, you’re still running, you’re still a runner. And you’re still passing everyone sits on the couch that believes that they cannot be a runner. The fact you have chosen to be active and live a healthy lifestyle should be applauded and celebrated.
I needed to hear this. I've been struggling with the fact that I can't run like I used to. JDT
