This evening I decided to venture on a cooking adventure… I have been seeing recipes for Kale Chips all over the place and hearing good things about them, so I thought I’d give it a whirl!

It was super easy & fun to make these. I just used one bunch of Kale and my kitchen scissors to cut up all the leaves. My only regret was that I put too much salt on the chips, but overall, I would rule this a success!
The trickiest part was making sure that the chips didn’t burn but were crispy. (It was a very fine line!)
