So I went to the Mt. Goat training run yesterday with the goal to run 6 miles… or so I thought. After running for 63 minutes, it turns out we ran 7+ miles and boy did I feel it, i really need to be more careful at increasing mileage.. my foot really started to get sore again. No bueno. It was pretty sore all day yesterday, but today it seems better, but still not 100%. I need to get some short runs to fit in here somehow before the weekend!
