Today was rainy but awesome! Loved the temps – 57 degrees in January – and all the snow is gone (for today anyways…)
The weather was just begging for a quick run after work, and I actually made it 25 minutes without too much pain, so something must be working… I’m only experimenting with strength training, foam roller, glucosamine, and knee strap! Now the problem is that I have no idea which thing is really helping (or maybe it really is a collaborative effort)! Oh well, I’m going to just keep my fingers crossed and keep working on this leg in hopes that I can actually build up to my mileage from last season.
Oh, and I’m officially signed up for the Fronhofer… Olympic Triathlon, here I come!
