Ugh! So sick of my knee not being right…

Since I can’t/don’t want to afford 12 PT sessions, I think I’m going to hire a personal trainer instead to set up some strength training circuits up for me to help strengthen my knee. I also purchased a foam roller today to work on my IT band. I hope between these two things, I can get my body up and running again soon!
I’m signed up for the Mountain Goat on May 2nd, I just pray that by some miracle my knee issues can go away, or at least become less intense by then.
