I’m really wishing I had my wetsuit already. The CNY Tri Club is hosting a mini-tri tomorrow night. 400 m swim, 10 mile bike, 3.1 run…. it would be excellent training, but I know the water is waaaayy too cold to even think about trying it without a wet suit. Total Bummer.
I took tonight off from training, gave the knee a good ole rest. It still feels a little tender, but I’m going to plan to do an easy workout tomorrow. Maybe 10 minute run, and a couple laps in the pool…?
