I grabbed a quick swim last night at the gym before my kickball game. Swam 10 laps. Now if I could just swim them consecutively… I really need to get some help here.
After my quick swim, I darted to the park for my Kickball game. I got there 5 minutes late… guess I should have gotten out of the pool sooner (or gotten TO the pool sooner). But anyhow, I played a couple of innings, and during my second inning on the field I noticed that my right knee wasn’t feeling so hot. I think I may be overworking my body a bit – I think I probably need to give things a rest here tonight. I hope this is not something that is going to turn into a problem for me…
