Swimming 101

So tonight was supposed to be my night off from workouts, however after a long day in the car, I decided that I needed to do something.  Seeing that my swimming last evening was more difficult than I had expected, and the fact that I was slightly sore all day today from my time in the pool, I decided to go to the gym for a quick swim again tonight.  

I started with the goal of 15 minute swim and ended up putting in 20 minutes of laps.  I have to say I need to work up my swimming muscles more… feeling tired but good.  
I’m really glad to have this challenge to focus on for the summer.
